Super 32 Early Entry Prep - Intermediate/Advanced/Open Divisions

This practice will be focused around Folkstyle Wrestling, preparing our competitive wrestlers for Super 32 Early Entry Sep 11 in Blue Springs. What this means is we will be drilling Folkstyle Fundamentals as the core of practice, then incorporate one move outside the normal scope of training (funky, throws, leg riding, etc).

Live wrestling will be divided in groups to ensure proper training with similar body weights when possible.
