These practices are designed to follow the USA Wrestling Lesson Plans for Folkstyle 1 & 2 to give the Novice & Beginner an opportunity to learn the basic fundamentals of wrestling. Once a wrestler can display knowledge and correct technique/form, they will get an evaluation from coaching staff to progress to the next level – Intermediate & Advanced Training.

The Novice & Beginner will be enrolled in this course for up to 24 months, unless authorized by head coach.
