Top 4 at this event are qualified to enter Super 32 early to ensure registration.

This tournament serves as an early registration earning opportunity for the Super 32 Challenge in Greensboro, NC. Top 4 (High School only) place-finishers will be afforded early entry into the Super 32 Challenge. Wrestlers are already eligible for early entry and need not compete for early entry if criteria below are met:

Previous Super 32 placers (any previous year, High School Division only)
Top 3 placers from all Varsity High School Individual State Championships during the 2017-2018 season
Top 6 placers from 2017-18 Varsity HS Individual State Championships in the following states: PA, NJ, CA, IN
2017 USAW Cadet & Junior All-Americans (Top 8 placers from Fargo)

Dates: Closes at 11:59 on Thursday, September 9th, 2021.

Cost: Open Registration – $40 (closes at 11:59 on Sunday September 5)

*When you register, you must declare a weight class. Online entrants have until 11:59 PM on Thursday, 9/9/20 to change weight class without penalty. To make the adjustment, you must log back into FloArena and make the change yourself. NO WALK-INS WILL BE ALLOWED!!!

Cancellations/Refunds
Refunds: There will be no refunds on registration if a wrestler does not show up or cannot wrestle.

Substitutions: There will be no substitutions for a wrestler who cannot compete.

Running 4 mats for all divisions
Minimum rest time between matches is 15 minutes
Certified High School Officials & Trainers will be used
Double elimination format
1.5-1.5-1.5 periods for championship & consolation matches in High School
1-1.5-1.5 periods for Middle School divisions
1-1-1 periods for Elementary divisions
Singlets/Compression Gear are required
NFHS rules
7th and 8th graders may compete in the high school division.
Wrestlers may not compete in more than 1 division.
1-minute sudden death followed by :30 second rideout for Overtime (1st points scored in match gets choice in ride-out, coin flip if 0-0)
Top 3 placers in all divisions receive medals.
Top 4 place winners (High School Division only) in each weight class, will be given the opportunity for early registration to the Super 32 Challenge in Greensboro, NC. You must follow the early registration instructions on the Super 32 website.
Qualified wrestlers may compete in a different weight class at the Super 32 in October
This is a NON-SEEDED TOURNAMENT (random draw via computer), High School & Club coaches, please ensure your wrestlers list the same team name AND list the same coaches’ names so we can attempt to best split teammates

Admission is $10. Ages 12 and under will receive free admission. A coaching wrist band may be purchased for $15. The venue, admissions and registration table will open at 8:30: AM on Saturday, September 11th. Bleachers are provided for seating, please do not bring folding chairs or coolers as they will not be permitted into the venue. Spectators must follow policy around covid regulations.

Saturday September 11th
7:15-8:00 – Weigh Ins
9:00 – Session 1 (Divisions will be divided once registration fills)
2:30 (Subject to change) – Session 2 (Divisions will be divided once registration fills)
This schedule is still considered tentative. Once registration closes, there is a chance that we need to make an adjustment. Everyone who has registered will receive messages to the email that was used to register.
