This is a new class we are starting, and the main focus will be covering all the cirriculum from USA Wrestling Folkstyle Level 1.

The Novice wrestler is defined as any wrestler with 24 months or less experience wrestling.

At Head Coach descretion, wrestlers may be bumped up to Intermediate or Advanced Practices based on skill level, coachability, and attendance.

All coaches are USA Bronze Certified, or are enrolled in the USA Wrestling Jr Coaching Program.
