This will be a fitness boot camp style training sessions for wrestlers only.
We will go through exercises that will challenge each athlete to push themselves out of their comfort zone in order to achieve a higher level os success.
The concept is: We train like Warriors
So what that means is we train no matter what, rain or shine. So it’s time to get comfortable with being uncomfortable. We will train in the rain!
If it’s raining, wear proper attire to stay warm & dry.
Your shoes will get soaked and your hands will get dirty, deal with it…
The sessions are open to all local area wrestlers for FREE.
(Waivers MUST be completed prior to event, as well as registration on the app to RSVP)

Please BE ON TIME! On time is at least 5 minutes early, late is showing up at 6pm.
Anyone that is tardy will incur additional work outside of the scheduled program.
As you may know, I am an Internationally Certified Fitness Specialist with over 30 years of experience, so I can assure you the results will be beyond your imagination.
Things to bring if you can:
1. Jump Rope
2. Dummbells (the same weight and not too heavy)
3. Water bottle
additional things to bring when raining:
1. Fitness rain coat or some type of waterproof gear
2. Towel to dry off with
3. Change of dry clothes for the ride home
4. Full finger gloves if you don’t want your hands to get dirty
