Goal setting exercise

HPWA has a strong belief that setting goals and writing them down has a profound effect that allows an individual to reach the goals set.
The process:
Write down goals.
Place them in a place where they’re seen daily.
Make sure your daily actions match the goals.
Find at least one person to hold you accountable to the goals.
